About The Position

Premier Brands Group Holdings is a global leader in apparel, jewelry, and accessories design, with a diverse portfolio including denim, women's apparel, and jewelry. The company is comprised of three distinct businesses: One Jeanswear Group, The Kasper Group, and The Jewelry Group. Premier Brands Group Holdings has a great opportunity for a Senior Designer who will lead the design and development process across assigned categories, drive seasonal concept direction, mentor junior team members, and partner closely with leadership on brand strategy and business growth initiatives. This role requires strong creative vision, leadership capability, and advanced product development expertise.

Requirements

8–12 years of design experience
Strong understanding of construction, fabrication, fit, and garment engineering
Proven ability to lead development independently
Established vendor and mill relationships
Strong presentation and leadership skills
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems

Responsibilities

Lead seasonal concept and product development for assigned categories
Drive trend research, color direction, fabric development, and silhouette strategy
Oversee design execution from concept through production handoff
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas vendors and mills
Lead fittings and communicate design direction and fit intent
Present concepts, seasonal direction, and assortments to executive leadership
Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, production, technical design, and sales
Mentor and oversee Designers, Associates, and Assistants
Manage development calendars and ensure milestone execution
Identify opportunities for product innovation and business growth
Support key customer meetings, market appointments, and line presentations
