Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master
About The Position
The Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master leads project execution and Agile delivery activities, coordinating teams, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations to achieve program objectives. The position supports Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS), which provides integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers in the United States and overseas. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 9 years of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- SCM or CSP certification required.
- Secret clearance required.
- Successfully pass background and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate team priorities, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track project performance, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
- Remove delivery impediments and promote collaboration across project teams.
- Communicate status, decisions, and performance information to leadership and stakeholders.
- Apply Agile and project management practices consistent with PMI-ACP, CSM, SCM, or CSP principles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
