About The Position
JST is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position in Washington, D.C. Requirements
- Minimum 5 specific years' experience
- Bachelors Degree in related field or 9 years experience.
- SCM or CSP certification is required.
- Active Secret clearance is required
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
- Project manager with strong understanding of Scrum practices and a proven track record of implementing Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
- Serves as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder the teams progress, while protecting the team from external distractions.
