About The Position

Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master with a Secret Security clearance to support KPS and its government customer in Washington, DC. This position is for a future new business opportunity; whether it is filled depends on the contract being awarded. The application deadline and start date may change based on contract status, and applications will be accepted through the expiration date or until the position is filled. The Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master will lead Agile teams and ensure alignment with ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management Systems. The role calls for a strong understanding of Scrum practices, facilitation skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across teams and deliverables. The PM/Scrum Master will proactively identify and remove impediments while protecting Agile teams from external disruptions.

Requirements

5 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree or 9 years of related experience.
PMI-ACP or CSM certification required.
Secret Security clearance.

Nice To Haves

SCM or CSP certification preferred.
