About The Position

Aritzia's Project Management Office (PMO) is expanding, offering a unique opportunity to transform strategy and goals into realized projects that generate new value. This role is pivotal in leading business expansion and establishing the necessary people and process infrastructure to drive strategic business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will define the strategic direction for key initiatives and ensure their successful, on-time, and on-budget completion using best project management practices. This involves collaborative work with business leaders and cross-functional partners to secure executive alignment and approvals. The Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Business Initiatives will lead the day-to-day departmental functions, spearhead the strategy, planning, and delivery of large-scale multi-disciplinary projects contributing to corporate growth, continually evolve Aritzia's project management methodologies, and partner with executive stakeholders to foster teamwork and drive successful outcomes.

  • Relevant Project Management experience, PMP and/or retail experience preferred

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
  • Spearhead the successful strategy, planning and delivery of large scale multi-disciplinary projects that directly contribute to our corporate growth initiatives
  • Continually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and support with developing the necessary capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success
  • Partner with executive stakeholders and other support partners enable a collaborative approach to project delivery, fostering teamwork and driving successful outcomes
