As a senior project manager, Product Business Operations, you will serve as a strategic partner and chief of staff to a Category VP (Food, Beverage, or Lobby), leading the end-to-end portfolio management of product development initiatives. This role is at the center of the business, owning the rhythm of the category, connecting cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with the broader Menu and Brand organization to deliver products on time across promotional cycles. You will orchestrate planning, governance, and execution across the product lifecycle, by leading stage-gate governance, aligning stakeholders, and driving accountability across Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. We’re looking for a highly strategic operator who thrives in complexity, someone who can zoom out to manage portfolios and zoom in to drive execution with precision.

Requirements

  • 5+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.
  • 5 yrs managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
  • 2 yrs mentoring other project managers in program and project management
  • 5 yrs General business experience in large, matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

  • Lead Portfolio Management & Business Operations: Own the category portfolio ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and on-time delivery of products through promotional cycles. Drive the rhythm of business, including planning, prioritization, and executive reporting.
  • Drive Stage-Gate Governance & Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead end-to-end stage-gate governance for the product lifecycle, facilitating key forums and decision points. Ensure clear accountability, visibility to risks, and alignment across cross-functional partners to keep initiatives progressing.
  • Act as Chief of Staff to Category Leadership: Enable strategic decision-making by synthesizing insights, preparing leadership materials, coordinating key touchpoints, and ensuring alignment between category strategy and broader Menu organization priorities.
