About The Position

Qualcomm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Integration Management Office (IMO) and lead the strategic and operational execution of mergers and acquisitions. In this role, you will guide acquisitions from diligence through Day 1 and into long‑term integration, working closely with executive leadership, deal teams, and cross‑functional partners. This is a high‑visibility role for experienced M&A professionals who thrive in complex environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and want direct ownership of outcomes that matter to the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project management or related experience OR Associate’s degree with 7+ years of project management or related experience OR High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of project management or related experience
  • Prior hands‑on experience supporting M&A transactions through an Integration Management Office (IMO) or equivalent integration function
  • Direct exposure to M&A diligence and/or integration execution

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, advanced degree, or PMP certification
  • Experience in Big 5 consulting or Fortune 100 corporate program management environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Lead M&A integrations across the full deal lifecycle, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post‑close execution
  • Establish and manage integration governance, including roles, responsibilities, operating cadence, and reporting
  • Partner with deal teams and functional workstream leads to surface, assess, and resolve diligence findings
  • Drive alignment across business, engineering, and functional teams to execute against deal rationale
  • Develop and manage integration budgets, business cases, and financial models, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership
  • Chair weekly cross‑functional diligence and integration meetings to track progress, surface risks, and drive decisions
  • Own the employee experience for acquired teams through effective communication and transition initiatives
  • Continuously improve the M&A integration playbook by refining processes and introducing more efficient practices
