About The Position

Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the management, planning, and execution of large-scale, complex civil construction projects. This position provides leadership to project teams, mentors junior Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Field Engineers, and partners with executive leadership to strengthen company systems, procedures, and staff development in support of continued company growth. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management
Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card, or the ability to obtain one

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus

Responsibilities

Take an active lead in the proposal preparation process and present proposals to clients for approval
Maintain client contact throughout each project and continue relationships after project completion to develop opportunities for future work
Develop project teams and assign duties to project team members
Develop and maintain career development plans for assigned staff
Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Prepare and review project documentation and deliverables
