About The Position

The Senior Project Manager, Commissioning Systems manages commissioning lifecycle reporting, platform configuration, and execution analytics across the full development process. This role owns the setup, configuration, and administration of the CxAlloy platform and ensures that multiple projects, such as, commissioning, FAT, testing, and turnover data are structured, governed, and consistently reported. The position partners closely with Development, Construction, OFCI, Commissioning providers, and Operations to maintain accurate lifecycle visibility, support readiness reviews, and ensure data alignment across systems. This role is critical to ensuring commissioning data accuracy and timely readiness reporting that directly supports project delivery and revenue enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in commissioning, construction analytics, platform administration, or development operations
  • 5 or more years professional Experience
  • Experience with commissioning platforms such as CxAlloy or similar systems
  • Familiarity with lifecycle workflows, commissioning documentation, FAT/PFT/FPT processes, and turnover requirements
  • Experience using Oracle ERP, ACC, Palantir, or similar platforms for execution reporting and lifecycle data visibility
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills across development execution workflows
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Business Analytics, and dashboarding tools
  • Broad understanding of supply chain, engineering & construction milestones, and turnover readiness tracking
  • Clear communicator with ability to provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in coordinating reporting structures and ensuring visibility of key lifecycle metrics
  • Strong ability to connect commissioning data to project readiness and operational requirements
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Masters’s degree in engineering, construction management, business analytics, or a related field
  • Background in data center development or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Experience with lifecycle reporting, milestone adherence, and operational readiness tracking
  • Exposure to SOP development, workflow standardization, or cross-system data integration

Responsibilities

  • Configure, administer, and maintain the CxAlloy platform including workflows, templates, project setup, access controls, and data structures
  • Ensure commissioning workflows reflect QTS standards for FAT, PFT, FPT, and turnover requirements
  • Maintain data integrity, standard templates, milestones, and reporting structures across projects
  • Manage intake of new projects into CxAlloy and ensure alignment with commissioning and turnover processes
  • Develop and maintain reporting to track commissioning progress, issue logs, functional testing results, and turnover readiness
  • Partner with commissioning providers, design teams, OFCI leads, and Operations to ensure consistent commissioning data and documentation
  • Support lifecycle visibility from factory acceptance testing through final turnover
  • Ensure commissioning data aligns with SOPs, readiness gates, and operations handoff requirements
  • Identify data gaps or readiness risks early and escalate to Development leadership to avoid schedule or turnover delays.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to support visibility into design progression, equipment/OFCI status, construction milestones, and commissioning readiness
  • Maintain reporting compliance with standard WBS structures, milestone definitions, and change visibility
  • Provide consistent execution insights across Development, Construction, OFCI, and Operations
  • Leverage data from CxAlloy, ACC, Oracle, Palantir, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow to support integrated reporting
  • Ensure commissioning and readiness data aligns with Development Capital reporting structures
  • Coordinate with system teams to maintain alignment between commissioning workflows and downstream operational data needs
  • Support development, updates, and governance of SOPs, commissioning standards, templates, and lifecycle processes
  • Assist with internal readiness reviews, issue burn-down reporting, and cross-functional visibility requirements
  • Coordinate reporting structures that support consistent development lifecycle planning and execution
