About The Position

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to support United States Space Force (USSF) in developing and deploying defensive cyber capabilities in support of Space Systems Command (SSC) and Combat Forces Command (CFC). The mission is to 'Field and Sustain Leading Defensive Cyber Capabilities.' A successful candidate should be a leader and problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager with MTSI, you will focus on analyzing and understanding our client’s defensive cyber capabilities and the various USSF mission systems to which these capabilities are deployed. You will lead small, matrixed teams to coordinate with mission system owners and deploy the capabilities. These deployment efforts are fast-paced micro-projects, requiring smart, adaptable, engaging analyst leaders.

Requirements

Small team leadership/Project Management
Experience with Data Analytics
KPI and Metrics creation and reporting
Entrepreneurial and Motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational skills.
10+ years’ experience with MA/MS; 18+ years with BA/BS
Top Secret (TS) security clearance, with SCI eligibility.

Nice To Haves

Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems Command
Experience with Defensive Cyber Operations (SSC/SZWO) program office

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and understand technical documentation/baselines for our capabilities and various mission systems.
Communicate basic technical understanding and business case to mission system owners and internal client leadership.
Lead teams on capability deployments, may include travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.
Determine and report metrics to promote efficiency and continuous process improvement to deliver capabilities faster.
