WW Clyde is a leader in alternative delivery contracting and is looking for qualified professionals to join our team and contribute to these exciting projects. As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the preconstruction development and execution of non-traditional procurement projects, including Design-Build, CM/GC, Progressive Design-Build, and P3. This role is responsible for guiding projects from concept development and preconstruction through construction completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering successful infrastructure projects across WW Clyde's Great Plains Region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
  • 10 – 15+ in project management within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry with significant experience in managing infrastructure projects with a contract value of $50 million - $1 billion plus.
  • 5+ years leading large-complex projects.
  • Experience leading preconstruction or construction for alternative delivery projects/models (Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, P3)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles leading project meetings

  • PE License not required but preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing alternative delivery projects from beginning to end.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the owner and be the front-facing point of contact on large alternative delivery projects.
  • Own the opportunity to participate in development, proposal, and pipeline planning through relationship building.
  • Lead the planning and execution of project schedules, budgets, and risk management activities, implementing corrective measures to support performance objectives and delivery milestones. For alternative delivery projects this is from preconstruction phase to construction.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to develop accurate estimates for time, materials, equipment, labor, and production.
  • Manage contract financials, including fee payments, equipment rentals, income/expenses, and profit margins.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and DOT regulations.
