About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join the Enterprise Security organization, focusing on physical security integrations. This role involves working with site leaders, senior managers, and the director on cross-collaboration efforts within the business. The position supports the seamless integration of Product Family services at the site level, coordinates site-specific risk assessments and compliance checks, translates enterprise integration requirements into practical site procedures for new sites, and acts as the primary liaison for the company's Merger and Acquisition team. It also involves leading Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and Subsidiary Durability efforts for the Product Family, facilitating company expansion through the leasing process, developing and maintaining site activities that impact the Product Family, and coordinating service integration at new sites within the Domestic United States. Additionally, the role maintains a centralized repository of Boeing sites in the Domestic United States, identifying key security leaders/focal points and associated critical Security & Fire Operations requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management for both small and large projects
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
  • 1+ years of experience with Security & Fire Protection or uniformed security policies, procedures, disciplines and requirements
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
