Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Consultant to join our team. PROGRAM OVERVIEW: CISA’s Stakeholder Engagement Division requires an integrated team to support council and sector governance, approximately 500 annual engagements, stakeholder coordination, policy and risk analysis, executive communications, records, and contract management. The work spans unclassified and classified environments and requires products that are accurate, accessible, compliant, and ready for government use. POSITION SUMMARY: Serve as a key, onsite project-management leader for the CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division contract, with primary alignment to sector management and SRMA support. The position integrates contract controls with high-tempo sector and cross-sector operations, including classified and rapid-response work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible federal program, project, or contract-management experience supporting complex professional-services work.
  • Demonstrated experience managing schedule, cost, staffing, risk, quality, deliverables, and senior customer relationships.
  • Excellent executive communication, operational judgment, problem-solving, and team-leadership skills.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification.
  • Prior CISA/DHS, SRMA, sector-risk-management, critical-infrastructure, or emergency-response experience.
  • Experience leading large, multi-labor-category teams and managing FFP contract performance.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary management point of contact for the CO, COR, and CISA leadership and coordinate performance across sector-management tasks.
  • Build and maintain the Project Management Plan, work breakdown structure, integrated master schedule, organization structure, and management controls.
  • Establish and enforce processes for risk, quality, configuration, subcontractor, staffing, communications, security, and change management.
  • Oversee governance artifacts, sector engagements, executive products, analytics, trackers, and rapid-response deliverables required under PWS 2.2.1.
  • Prepare monthly status reports, Program Management Reviews, financial status reports, staffing plans, risk updates, schedule analysis, and recommendations.
  • Monitor funding, expenditures, invoicing, milestones, quality, staffing, attrition, dependencies, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate cleared and suitability personnel across classified and unclassified work and ensure compliance with DD Form 254 and DHS requirements.
  • Provide resources on short notice and sustain operations during urgent events, changing priorities, and unpredictable workload.
