About The Position

We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our construction team. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, One Team, One Dream, Caring at our Core, Powered by Passion and We Make it Happen. The Senior Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in coordinating and executing construction projects from tendering through final completion. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, liaises with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and may be authorized to execute certain low-value contracts. The Senior Project Coordinator conducts regular site visits and plays an active role in project performance, quality, safety, and schedule management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Architectural, Civil, or Mechanical Technology, Engineering Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of construction experience in both field and office environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Procore, MS Project, and construction project management processes.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required, as the role involves regular collaboration with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders across Canada, including teams and partners located outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, stakeholders, and communications.
  • Participate in project planning, schedule development, progress tracking, and risk management.
  • Manage project documentation and document control through Procore.
  • Lead the administration of change orders, RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals.
  • Support procurement activities, bid analysis, and subcontract administration.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, change orders, and progress reporting.
  • Ensure multidisciplinary coordination among architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
  • Support BIM coordination activities, including clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution.
  • Participate in quality control processes, site inspections, and deficiency management.
  • Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
  • Support LEED and sustainability initiatives when applicable.
  • Assist with project closeout activities, warranty support, and lessons learned sessions.
