About The Position

This role is generally responsible for developing bid packages, submitting Request for Quote (RFQ), evaluating commercial proposals, and awarding purchase orders. Responsibilities could also include expediting of vendor data and equipment in support of various projects. This work will be performed under general supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience in Supply Chain Management specifically in Project Procurement
• Knowledge and application of company
• Ability to organize effectively and execute
• Complete understanding of contract language and commercial terms and conditions
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the execution of heavy industrial projects including chemical, refining, pulp and paper, power, and manufacturing
• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in related field from an accredited university is preferred
