About The Position

Provide Administrative and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to the AFRL/RFGX ELINT and AFRL RF Special Programs offices.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal agencies or military operations in a classified environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with DoD networks and systems.
  • Successful completion of background investigation and drug screening.

  • Proficient with government business and financial systems such as: Shared Data Warehouse (SDW) Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) Work Unit Manager (WUM)
  • Experienced preparing and reviewing government forms and other documents such as: DD 2875 System Authorization Access Request (SAAR). Responsibilities

  • Track and report on program obligations, expenditures, and invoices, updating financial charts and systems as required.
  • Develop and maintain phase/expenditure plans in support of contract performance and budget requests.
  • Maintain/update AFRL e-case files and Work Unit application.
  • Receive, analyze, and track contract deliverables to assess necessary actions to assure contracts are in technical, schedule and cost compliance such as: contract quad charts, milestone schedules, cost and other documentation.
  • Draft Memorandums and other administrative, contractual, and security documents for signature.
  • Coordinate higher level approval of Program Manager signed documents.
  • Monitor and report government support funding (Salary and Travel) expenditures and balances.
  • Prepare funding documents for processing.
  • Coordinate and manage technical program reviews to include coordinating dates among principals, technical program briefing schedule, conference room reservation, handouts, clearance coordination, and breaks and luncheons as necessary.
  • Support, prepare, organize, and execute technology development and transition discussions and meetings with operational transition partners. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing Program Manager involved meetings and conferences, development of briefings and materials, program progress reports, and other material relevant to technology development and transition.
  • Compile meeting notes, collect and monitor action items through to completion.
  • Process and track clearance related documentation.
  • Track location of hardware items on loan for field testing.
  • Strategize and perform additional administrative functions such as document review/routing (NDA’s, SOCs, 7600s, WPs).
