The Senior Program Manager will lead complex, multi-phase programs delivering cooling solutions for data center clients. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10-12 years or project management experience with at least 4+ years focused on team leadership, technical program management or product launches
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in data center or similar high-availability environments
  • Strong client-facing experience with a relationship-driven approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, handle competing priorities, and execute with precision
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience with data center cooling technologies (e.g., CRAC/CRAH units, liquid cooling, chilled water systems)
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability practices

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale solution programs for data center clients
  • Define program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics
  • Drive execution across engineering, operations, procurement, and field teams
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
  • Proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations
  • Identify opportunities for change and additional improvements
  • Champion a “get it done” culture—removing blockers and driving accountability
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Partner with engineering teams on system design and technical solutions
  • Coordinate with field operations teams for installation and commissioning
  • Work with supply chain to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials
  • Align with sales and business development on client needs and opportunities
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
  • Manage P&L for assigned programs, ensuring profitability targets are met
  • Track financial performance, including cost control and margin optimization
