The Senior Program Manager will lead complex, multi-phase programs delivering cooling solutions for data center clients. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 10-12 years or project management experience with at least 4+ years focused on team leadership, technical program management or product launches
Proven experience delivering complex projects in data center or similar high-availability environments
Strong client-facing experience with a relationship-driven approach
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, handle competing priorities, and execute with precision
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution

Nice To Haves

PMP or equivalent certification
Experience with data center cooling technologies (e.g., CRAC/CRAH units, liquid cooling, chilled water systems)
Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability practices

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale solution programs for data center clients
Define program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics
Drive execution across engineering, operations, procurement, and field teams
Ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
Proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations
Identify opportunities for change and additional improvements
Champion a “get it done” culture—removing blockers and driving accountability
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Partner with engineering teams on system design and technical solutions
Coordinate with field operations teams for installation and commissioning
Work with supply chain to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials
Align with sales and business development on client needs and opportunities
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
Manage P&L for assigned programs, ensuring profitability targets are met
Track financial performance, including cost control and margin optimization
