About The Position

The Program Manager (PM) provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of engineering support program, ensuring the successful execution of mission-critical projects in alignment with agency objectives. The PM is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing technical, financial, and schedule performance, while maintaining compliance with federal acquisition regulations, contract requirements, and government policies. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and government stakeholders, ensuring that engineering efforts supporting CUAS operations meet operational, technical, and security requirements. Clearance Required: Secret at the time of proposal and throughout the contract. This position is pending contract award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Requirements

  • PMP certification
  • 5+ years PM experience
  • Clearance Required: Secret at the time of proposal and throughout the contract.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for the government
  • Provide program management support, ensuring effective coordination, oversight, and execution across all technical and functional areas of the C-UAS effort
  • Maintain alignment with program goals, manage risk, and enable informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain integrated master/program schedules
  • Track key milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor performance against cost, schedule, and risk metrics
  • Facilitate collaboration via Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
  • Provide regular reporting to government stakeholders
  • Provide alternate when manager is absent
