The Transformation organization at Waters plays a critical enterprise-wide role in shaping the company’s future by leading the integration of acquired businesses and driving the evolution of core enterprise capabilities. Transformation partners closely with divisions and functions to plan, govern, and execute integration activities that ensure seamless business continuity and value realization following acquisitions. In parallel, the organization leads strategic transformation initiatives across key enterprise capabilities—including strategy deployment, integrated business planning, commercial excellence, innovation, service excellence, business process management, and process and data governance—to improve performance, accelerate value capture, and enable scalable, sustainable growth. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing alignment and coordination across multiple integration and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be working with team members at all levels of the organization, as well as dedicated initiative teams. The role will require you to demonstrate your program management, change management, and process optimization skills to ensure focused and coordinated execution of the initiatives. This position is ideally suited for a highly organized program manager comfortable in a dynamic environment, with a strong command of conceptual and analytical problem solving related to integration, organizational design, roles, processes, technology, and metrics.
