Senior Program Manager
About The Position
The Senior Program Manager manages a variety of medium to high complexity, duration tactical projects/programs spanning across multiple IT systems and cross-functional business areas across Quest Diagnostics. This role partners closely with IT application teams, database and integration teams, Clinical Solutions Franchise, Business Development, Operations, Commercial, and Client Services to deliver client-facing initiatives from initiation through closeout. This role typically manages three to five concurrent projects involving enterprise systems, system integrations, software development, data flows, and operational readiness, with moderate to high complexity considering total cost, financial impact, systems impacted, regulatory considerations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing medium to high complexity, duration tactical projects/programs.
- Experience spanning across multiple IT systems and cross-functional business areas.
- Experience partnering with IT application teams, database and integration teams, Clinical Solutions Franchise, Business Development, Operations, Commercial, and Client Services.
- Experience delivering client-facing initiatives from initiation through closeout.
- Experience managing three to five concurrent projects involving enterprise systems, system integrations, software development, data flows, and operational readiness.
- Experience managing projects with moderate to high complexity considering total cost, financial impact, systems impacted, regulatory considerations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
