About The Position

Kentro is hiring for Senior Program Manager to support FAA. This role provides overall leadership and oversight for enterprise programs, projects, releases, and modernization initiatives across the ADO portfolio. The Senior Program Manager will oversee execution and administration of all task order activities, ensuring alignment with requirements and successful delivery outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contractor performance, as well as leading coordination across ADO-110, ADO-120, and ADO-200. The role also involves managing cross-platform dependencies, supporting governance and reporting, overseeing data engineering efforts, coordinating cloud and hybrid architecture activities, and supporting the implementation of data governance frameworks. Additionally, the position requires oversight of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, delivery of business intelligence capabilities, and ensuring all deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements. Maintaining schedule discipline, monitoring performance, ensuring delivery within budget, and maintaining responsiveness to stakeholder needs are crucial. The role also includes identifying, documenting, and managing program risks, issues, and dependencies, providing executive-level reporting, facilitating meetings, and communicating complex information clearly. Managing project queues and backlogs, supporting product feature roadmaps, and overseeing business processes and workflows are also key functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or discipline
  • Acquisition, governance, financial management, and leadership experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise-level programs
  • Federal experience in a technical or managerial business environment
  • Ability to manage large amounts of complex information and draw sound conclusions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage actions in high-volume, high-stress environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills using systematic analysis and sound judgment
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of large stakeholder engagements
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamically changing technologies

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and oversight for enterprise programs, projects, releases, and modernization initiatives across the ADO portfolio
  • Oversee execution and administration of all task order activities, ensuring alignment with requirements and successful delivery outcomes

  • Oversee data engineering efforts, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and real-time data processing
  • Coordinate cloud and hybrid architecture activities, including identity management, monitoring, and operational controls
  • Support implementation of data governance frameworks, including data cataloging, metadata management, and data quality initiatives
  • Provide oversight of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with program objectives
  • Manage delivery of business intelligence capabilities, including dashboards, reporting, and analytics platforms
  • Ensure all deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements
  • Maintain schedule discipline, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time
  • Monitor performance to ensure minimal rework and timely issue resolution
  • Ensure delivery within budget constraints and maintain cost control
  • Maintain responsiveness to stakeholder needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify, document, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Implement mitigation strategies and ensure resolution without impact to delivery
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes
  • Facilitate large virtual and in-person meetings, including governance forums
  • Communicate complex technical and programmatic information clearly to stakeholders
  • Manage project queues and backlogs, providing prioritization recommendations
  • Support development and sustainment of product feature roadmaps
  • Oversee creation and implementation of business processes and workflows
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
