About The Position

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel for a U.S. Navy technical management support contract. The role leads, manages, and administers the contracted effort, overseeing contractor performance and deliverables for the Identification Systems (IDS) Division. The position is contingent upon contract award and may be performed remotely/through telework within the CONUS or at a contractor site within 50 miles of NAWCAD WOLF in St. Inigoes, Maryland. A Secret security clearance is required; an interim clearance is acceptable.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline, or a qualifying substitution.
• Senior-level experience managing complex, multidisciplinary Government or defense contracts.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret DoD clearance; an interim clearance is acceptable.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Navy or DoD program management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise contractor personnel to support efficient program and project operations.
• Organize, plan, and oversee contract and subcontract support activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary requirements.
• Support the Government Project Lead (GPL) in addressing technical, program, and project-related issues and objectives.
• Maintain and update the personnel charging Staffing Plan, including detailed breakdowns of TDL and project funding by CLIN/SLIN/ACRN.
