About The Position

Centrilogic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex client programs across a broad range of technical implementations. Reporting to the Director of the PMO, this role is accountable for program delivery, financial performance, and client outcomes across multiple concurrent projects. The Senior Program Manager provides direction to Project Managers, manages program-level risks and dependencies, and ensures alignment between delivery execution and business objectives. This role requires strong commercial awareness, operational discipline, and the ability to bring structure to complex, multi-stream environments.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • 10+ years of IT program or project management experience in a client-facing environment
  • Experience managing large, complex programs across multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong financial management, including forecasting and margin accountability
  • Experience leading and governing delivery teams

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of complex programs spanning multiple projects and technical domains
  • Lead and support Project Managers to ensure consistent execution and delivery quality
  • Act as escalation point for program-level risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin performance
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned to client objectives
  • Identify account growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships
  • Ensure alignment to scope, timelines, and contractual obligations, including SLAs
  • Define and track KPIs and SLAs to measure program performance
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across delivery, engineering, operations, and client stakeholders
  • Establish program governance, reporting, and decision frameworks
  • Drive customer success and retention through consistent delivery performance
  • Design and improve operational processes to support delivery and managed services
  • Prioritize initiatives across the portfolio based on strategic value and capacity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and predictability
  • Support transition from project-based delivery to managed services
