About The Position

The Senior Program Manager for the MS in Oral Health Sciences (OHS) Program plays a critical role in the operation, growth, and visibility of one of Graduate Medical Sciences’ largest and most impactful master’s programs. This one‑year, credential‑enhancing pre‑dental program enrolls approximately 45 students annually. Working closely with the Program Director, they will provide comprehensive management of day‑to‑day program operations and serve as a primary point of contact for students throughout the full program lifecycle, including recruitment and admissions, academic progress, professional development, dental school application preparation, and program completion. The role supports faculty and students in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation academic environment and ensures a high‑quality student experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee admissions and recruitment workflows
  • Manage prospective student communications
  • Coordinate enrichment and student success initiatives
  • Supervise tutors, teaching assistants, and student employees
  • Support faculty with course logistics and program activities
  • Manage the program’s budget, purchasing, and financial tracking
  • Maintain compliance with GMS and University policies
  • Oversee the OHS website and marketing materials
