Senior Program Manager, Technology Infrastructure
About The Position
Ares is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager for their Infrastructure and Platforms group. This role involves managing IT projects across a complex, multinational enterprise. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, capable of acting as a Scrum Master or creating Gantt charts. Demonstrable experience managing cloud, IT, and software engineering projects using Agile is required, with prior experience as a Scrum Master being optimal. Requirements
- Financial services experience.
- 10+ years of large-scale project and program management.
- Experience in Agile, with specific experience as a scrum master.
- Ability to manage large technical programs that need to be rolled out to thousands of employees.
- Active working knowledge of Jira & MS Project.
- The more technical you are the better.
- Previous technical experience a bonus.
