About The Position

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee their Continuous Improvement Program, Business Support Program, Technical Training Program, and Planning and Scheduling Program. This role involves direct leadership of program managers, customer relations, quality assurance, problem-solving, and ensuring service delivery. The position will also assist in new location startups related to these programs. The role is remote from a home office, with travel to client sites and meetings required.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
  • Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in program management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree in Business Management is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in training and planning & scheduling preferred, but not required.
  • Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the Continuous Improvement Program, oversight of the Technical Training Program, Planning and Scheduling Program and Business Support Program.
  • Customer relations, quality assurance, problem solving, program element continuous improvement and service delivery.
  • Assist in new location startups as it relates to the programs.
  • Ensure adherence to company and client safety programs and expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Management, direction, coordination, and performance of Continuous Improvement, Business Support, Planning & Scheduling and Training & Skills Development Programs.
  • Budget oversight for these programs.
  • Ensure team members perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Provides short range/long range planning to include initial overall planning with the Director of Operations, and one-on-one activities with Program Managers and customers.
  • Develops and implements quality assurance methods and procedures, overseeing same and assessing quality levels achieved by Program Managers.
  • Develops and implements performance metrics and reports progress on same for each Program Manager Team.
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested.
  • Development and maintenance of performance metrics records.
  • Interact with customer and client personnel to identify customer/client expectations.
  • Program content development, review, and continuous improvement.
