About The Position

Legacy Behavioral Health Services is hiring individuals with a passion for making a difference in their community! We are seeking a Manager of Facility Services to oversee the day-to-day operations of maintenance services across all Legacy Behavioral Health (LBH) locations. This position is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, coordinating facility repairs and small projects, ensuring compliance with safety codes, and maintaining functional and professional physical environments. The Manager is also expected to participate in hands-on maintenance projects and assist with physical tasks when needed. This role includes managing the agency’s maintenance ticketing system, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring timely completion. The position is on-call for facilities-related emergencies and is expected to make every reasonable effort to be available following emergency weather events or site disruptions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, facility operations, or construction
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a facilities or maintenance-related role
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with less than 5 points
