About The Position

This role is for a Senior Program Manager focused on Enterprise IT Transformation. The position is located in Burbank, CA, and is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week onsite. The duration of the contract is 11 months, with a rate of up to $92.5/hr on W2 (no benefits). The role requires program management for large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives, multi-workstream program leadership, executive-level status reporting and presentations, program roadmap, timeline, and dependency management, risk, issue, and KPI management, proficiency in PM tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project, OKR alignment and delivery tracking, IT transformation program experience, budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight, vendor management or sourcing systems experience, and data and analytics program exposure.

Requirements

  • Strong experience working in matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with executive communication and stakeholder management
  • Proven experience managing status, reporting, and cross-functional alignment
  • Strong understanding of data-heavy or analytically complex programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery
  • Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success measures with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, work plans, and resource plans
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans across workstreams
  • Provide concise status updates, roadmaps, and presentations to executive leadership
  • Drive alignment between program workstreams, business goals, and OKRs
  • Monitor KPIs and results to ensure timelines and outcomes are met
  • Oversee vendor and partner coordination tied to program objectives
  • Support IT transformation initiatives with strong governance and reporting
  • Partner with teams on financial planning, forecasting, and program controls
  • Drive process improvement, change management, and communications planning
