About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee DoD Healthcare Programs. This role involves providing overall contract management, staffing oversight, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, risk management, and performance oversight. The Senior Program Manager will serve as the primary management interface with Government leadership/COR, monitor staffing, vacancies, performance, deliverables, expenditures, risks, and corrective actions. They will also coordinate onsite Team Leads, ensure continuity of services, and support the Program Management Plan, staffing plan, status reporting, program reviews, transition, and quality requirements. Additionally, the role includes managing recruiting, retention, and replacement staffing to minimize disruption to Government operations.

Requirements

  • Federal/DoD service contract management.
  • Managing large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.
  • Staffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience managing work comparable in complexity to the PWS.
  • Ability to control, coordinate, and direct personnel and subcontractor performance.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Must meet Tier 1 personnel security/onboarding requirements.
  • U.S Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

  • Current or recent DHA/PAE MP program experience.
  • Current incumbent Contract Manager, Deputy PM, Task Manager, or senior Team Lead.
  • Experience at Fort Detrick.
  • DHA medical acquisition/product-development support experience.
  • PMP or comparable project/program management certification.
  • Experience managing 50+ FTE federal contracts.
