Senior Program Management Specialist - Rapid Space Capabilities
About The Position
Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Construction Program Management Specialist (Level 5) to join the Rapid Space Capabilities (RSC) Program Management team in Mesa, AZ! Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leading cross-functional and/or project teams
- 10+ years of experience in a large construction projects, facilities management and or large project management
- 10+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
- This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities
- Leads field construction oversight on behalf of Boeing and the IPT Lead.
- Produces weekly Construction Management and EVMS briefings and reports for government customer
- Facilitates all Boeing relations and coordinates on behalf of the Boeing Team with host garrison staff for future and current construction activities.
- Integrates constructability into the overall design during 30%/60%/90% design reviews.
- Conducts, records and maintains all records related to field audits and periodic reports to the government.
