The Senior Program Coordinator manages a portfolio of Chamber programs — including Bolder Young Professionals (BYP), the Business Women's Leadership Group (BWLG), Boulder Home Pros, the Equity Amplification Program (EAP), the Non-Profit Group, Chamber University, and Policy Programs — and serves as the operational and project-management backbone of the Events & Programs team. This role carries significant autonomy to plan and execute assigned programs from concept through close-out: setting timelines, managing budgets, and partnering directly with advisory committees, speakers, and vendors to keep every program on time and on brand. Currently there are no direct reports; this position may guide the work of contractors, Chamber Ambassadors, and other team members as appropriate. This position reports to the Senior Director of Events and Programs and works closely with the Senior Event Specialist to keep program plans and on-site event logistics aligned. This role may also collaborate with the Economic Impact Program Coordinator when programming intersects with Boulder Together and related Economic Impact initiatives.
