This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating the operational aspects of a specific program within the School of Medicine - Oral Surgery. The coordinator will develop strategic plans and objectives to ensure program success, create evaluation methods to assess outcomes, and conduct program research. A key part of the role involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of mandatory operational, statistical, and financial reports with federal, state, and institutional regulations. The position also entails designing and conducting training programs, representing the program at conferences and meetings, and potentially managing the program's budget and grants, including financial forecasting and fundraising efforts. The coordinator will act as a liaison with other program participants and stakeholders, maintain program records, and may serve on or chair university committees. Supervision of program staff, interns, and volunteers may also be a responsibility.
