About The Position

OBXtek is currently staffing for a Senior Program Analyst, supporting the Army’s Global Enterprise Network Modernization – Americas (GENM-A) and OCONUS (GENM-O) organizations. Place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA. This role involves developing, coordinating, and presenting program information, managing project plans and schedules, preparing for program reviews, and performing various operational and administrative support tasks. The analyst will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned projects, work collaboratively with other managers, and provide detailed reviews of contract deliverables. Administrative support includes developing SOPs, funding documents, presentations, and after-action reports. Some travel, both OCONUS and CONUS, can be expected. The work schedule is 100% In-Office at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 8 years (minimum) related PM experience
  • Experience providing oversight of large, multi-functional projects, preferably in an information technology environment, and planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints
  • Strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communications skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Management related field

Nice To Haves

  • Army Acquisition experience highly recommended
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAU Level III Project Management certification.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, Coordinates and Provides/Presents Program Information
  • Develops/Updates/Responds to Program Management Reports
  • Develops/Updates/Maintains project plans and schedules
  • Prepares/Conducts Program Reviews (Annual, Quarterly)
  • Performs Staff Action Control Officer (TMT) task for Ops
  • Develops, Plans Coordinates, Participates in Ops Battle Rhythm, Event (IPRs, C&S, Stand-Up)
  • Develops/Updates/Responds to Ops reporting requirements
  • Performs Personnel Task for Ops
  • Performs Long Range Planning
  • Participates in informal meetings, conferences, committees, and seminars
  • Perform Administrative Support Tasks (Calendar/time management, office supplies/Materials, Record Mgmt).
  • Provides Non-Program Specific Data Calls, weekly reports, and RFIs
  • Coordinates travel requirements (training, theater/country clearance, risk assessments)
  • Prepares and or attends business management meetings (Pgm Mgmt., staff, etc.)
  • Routes Contracting Requirements and Contract MODS
  • Develops/provides annual POM inputs
  • Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for assigned projects
  • Work collectively with other operations or project managers across the organization
  • Provide direct support to the monitoring and reviews of all project schedules.
  • Have a detailed understanding of the day-to-day operations taking place for assigned projects to include ongoing deliverables.
  • Provide detailed reviews of major contract deliverables (key briefings) sent from the APM prior to presentation to leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to include development of SOPs, funding documents, PowerPoint presentations, and after-action reports.
