About The Position

This position is responsible for planning and managing information technology projects focused on enhancing user engagement through innovative content and technical solutions. The role involves executing strategic direction by managing technical projects that improve personalized content recommendations and programmatic curation. The individual will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, leveraging expertise in data communications and computer networks. Collaboration with the UX team is key to creating user-centric experiences that boost customer engagement. The role also includes managing product tactics to improve personalized content discovery, analyzing data to support product decisions, and maintaining a prioritized product backlog. Planning technical project stages to optimize content recommendation systems and collaborating with leadership on product requirements are also core functions. The position requires monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on product effectiveness, and engaging with executives to present initiatives and manage large-scale product opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field and five years progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, Program Manager, Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, or another related occupation.
  • Five years of experience in program or project management experience.
  • Five years of experience in developing program strategy, end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams, managing program metrics, and communicating results to Senior Leadership.
  • Three years of experience in improving customer segmentation and generating impactful, user-centric content with measurable outcomes using personalization and recommendation systems.
  • Three years of experience in creating user-centered design solutions with measurable outcomes for Content Discovery.
  • Three years of experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements to product strategy and product experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects, utilizing specialized knowledge and experience in data communications and computer networks.
  • Work closely with the UX team to create compelling, user-centric experiences aimed to boost customer engagement.
  • Help execute the strategic vision set by the leadership by managing product tactics that enhance personalized content discovery.
  • Analyze data to support product decisions and align with the business’ strategic objectives.
  • Maintain and manage a prioritized product backlog based on business goals, market needs, and user feedback, ensuring that project and product deliverable deadlines are met and coordinating activities with project personnel such as the UX team.
  • Plan technical project and product stages to improve the performance of content recommendation systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align on product requirements and improve customer’s experience.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product effectiveness and guide continuous development.
  • Engage effectively with high-level executives, including delivering presentations, gaining support for initiatives, and managing specific large-scale product opportunities that require daily project management.
