About The Position

As a Senior Professional C#/.NET Developer at Gainwell, you will contribute to healthcare administration products used by millions of patients. You will apply programming and analytical skills to develop the Provider Portal, support the software development lifecycle, and collaborate with clients, management, and development teams. The role includes technical consulting, quality assurance activities, and opportunities to lead a small sub-team and design system components.

Requirements

At least 6 years of application and UI development experience using .NET, C#, SQL Server, SQL, and Oracle.
At least 6 years of experience supporting all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, and web service development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with healthcare systems, including interChange MMIS, Medicaid Provider Enrollment, and Gainwell Healthcare Portal v4.2.

Responsibilities

Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs for the Provider Portal.
Analyze, design, and write specifications and requirements for program development.
Evaluate existing systems and programs, assist the project manager with task assignments, and work closely with the team.
Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements, and resolve issues.
Develop unit test plans and participate in quality assurance activities, including coding reviews.
Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed.
Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members.
