About The Position

As a Senior C#/.NET Developer, Medicaid Systems at Gainwell, you will contribute to the development of healthcare administration products used by millions of patients. The role focuses on Provider Portal development and involves programming, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documentation, and support throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work with clients, management, project managers, and development teams, and may lead a small sub-team and delegate component responsibilities.

Requirements

At least 6 years of application and UI development experience using .NET, C#, SQL Server, SQL, and Oracle.
At least 6 years of experience supporting all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, and web service development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare systems experience, including interChange MMIS, Medicaid Provider Enrollment, and Gainwell Healthcare Portal v4.2.

Responsibilities

Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs for Provider Portal.
Analyze, design, and write specifications and requirements for program development.
Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist the project manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team.
Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements, and resolve issues.
Develop unit test plans and participate in quality assurance activities, including code reviews.
Participate as a development team member and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed.
Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members.
