About The Position

Perform a variety of production/manufacturing tasks in support of day-to-day operations in one or more production/manufacturing work-centers. Identifies, evaluates, and implements system, process, or procedure improvement opportunities. Participates in projects to implement initiatives; identifies project opportunities; generates ideas and solutions. Communicates with related areas to coordinate work. May lead work activities of others, coordinating daily activities and providing training, coaching, and guidance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Data gathering and analytical ability.
• Ability to work both individually and as a team player.
• PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in the English language.

Nice To Haves

• Associated degree or equivalent preferred.
• TPM, LEAN, 5S, SPC, Kanban, Visual Factory, Line Loss Analysis
