Production Specialist - 1st Shift

At our Henning Conagra Plant, we're producing PAM cooking spray which is a foundation to cooking, baking, or grilling a delicious meal. Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 150 associates. What impact will you have on our business: You will operator all different machines and equipment. Along with monitoring and troubleshooting the production equipment, you will be supplying components to ensure a continuous production flow. You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers. ·You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards. Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements. While performing the responsibilities of this job, you are required to stand for extended periods of time. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies in temperature. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand
