About The Position

Conagra Brands is seeking a Production Specialist for its Jackson, TN plant, which produces Sandwich Bros. and Odom’s Tennessee Pride sandwiches. This role reports to the Production Line Supervisor and involves monitoring and assisting in line production labor while ensuring product quality. The successful candidate will join a diverse team of over 400 associates.

Requirements

• Ability to lift boxes of up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to use hands to move things
• Ability to be on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform consistent repetitive tasks
• Ability to frequently lift, push or carry materials

Responsibilities

• Operate all different machines and equipment
• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment
• Supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow
• Perform product checks to ensure quality for consumers
• Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards
• Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements
