Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end MRP process, ensuring data integrity, planning accuracy, and system effectiveness.
  • Analyze forecast demand, customer orders, inventory levels, lead times, and production capacity to create realistic and achievable manufacturing schedules.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure timely material availability and mitigate risks associated with long lead-time semiconductor components and materials.
  • Communicate schedule changes, material constraints, production priorities, and recovery plans effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and provide clear recommendations regarding capacity constraints, inventory risks, and customer delivery commitments.
  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and MRP planning accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve supply-demand imbalances, production bottlenecks, and material shortages to minimize disruptions and maximize customer service levels.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to support new product introductions, product transitions, and production ramp activities.
