About The Position

The Senior Production Engineer in Westford, PA, provides support to the Manufacturing organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area, to optimize existing processes, and to ensure that production goals are met. This role monitors the performance of equipment, machines, and tools, and corrects equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields, or product quality issues. The Senior Production Engineer interfaces with Quality and Research and Development organizations to integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Related field
6+ years of Engineering experience in Validation, Project Management
Leverages broad technical expertise to lead and support complex projects in a regulated quality environment.
Demonstrates strong experience with validation activities, including planning, execution, documentation, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Partners effectively across functions, understanding business processes and cross-functional dependencies to drive successful outcomes.
Leads projects from initiation through implementation, managing priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Analyzes complex data and business challenges, identifies root causes, evaluates alternatives, and develops practical solutions.
Exercises sound judgment and independent decision-making while working within established policies and procedures.
Maintains a strong understanding of technical approaches and validation methodologies, assessing their impact on product quality, compliance, operational efficiency, and business objectives.
Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams to deliver results.
