About The Position

Azure Customer Success Marketing helps customers get more value from their existing cloud investments. The team owns Microsoft’s authoritative guidance for building and running on Azure, including the Cloud Adoption Framework, the Well-Architected Framework, and the Azure Architecture Center, as well as programs that connect this guidance with engineers and architects. The Senior Product Marketing Manager owns how Azure guidance reaches its audience. The role turns guidance spread across many articles into end-to-end practitioner resources such as ebooks, technical papers, blogs, and video programming. It also hosts and produces Microsoft’s flagship Azure technical video series, which has more than 220 episodes and reaches developers, IT decision makers, and business decision makers. The position combines technical content creation and marketing, requiring close work with subject matter experts and the ability to participate in architecture discussions with cloud solution architects, product teams, and engineering leaders. The role also owns channel strategy, integrated marketing, measurement, and vendor and production partnerships. Current work includes a multi-part technical masterclass series, a move to a fully produced format for the video show, and in-product and agent-driven guidance experiences being developed with engineering. The successful candidate will shape the direction of this active and growing portfolio.
