About The Position

This position is accountable for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of strategic marketing and product commercialization strategies, to both internal employees and external customers, that drive revenue, promote growth and create brand loyalty. This individual aligns to company-wide initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years direct experience in marketing of medical devices (preferably cardiology) and/or pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industry
  • Superior communication skills, verbal and written
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter, seek new and better methods, and work with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrates deep expertise in high-level quality systems best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate within a Team environment and across functions.
  • Capability to discern relevant facts and in turn, effectively resolve issues by making good decisions (compliance, quality, integrity, ethics, and critical thinking ability).
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrates the understanding of deadlines and time limits, ability to accomplish goals, and the desire to win.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting and developing powerful patient, provider and payor messages, proof points, evidence and stories to inspire belief, create awareness, drive loyalty and advocacy, recognize innovation and compel a change in the standard of care.
  • Partner with our clinical affairs team to create compelling marketing materials, tools and programs for our commercial sales organization, highlighting our powerful real-world evidence.
  • Work with the commercial sales organization to nurture and convert leads.
  • Help manage the logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences and our speakers program - ensuring audience engagement while optimizing the impact and spend.
  • Participate in training our new hire and tenured commercial sales team through training events and ongoing informal interactions.
  • Continually expand and refresh various marketing content and collateral to align with our key strategic initiatives.
  • Provide input to the new product planning team related to product enhancements and potential new offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Legal and People Operations.
  • Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient’s case.
