About This Role: We’re looking for a full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our G&A team reporting to the Director, PMM. This role is a remote role based in The United States. In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of Gainsight’s Atlas AI Agent offerings by executing strategic product marketing initiatives that bring compelling messaging, positioning, and product value to market. You’ll deliver this impact by leading feature launches, developing high-impact content and demos, and continuously refining positioning based on market feedback. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in product positioning, cross-functional collaboration, and content development.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and understand multi-product ecosystems at a technical, basic demo level
  • 5+ years product marketing experience with complex products or multiple offerings within a larger suite or ecosystem
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and hardworking self-starter who is flexible and can work on multiple projects simultaneously (independently and on teams)
  • Someone who has a strong desire to learn and willingness to grow new skills as well as jump into new projects
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven, and self-motivated
  • Someone who can work self-sufficiently and autonomously within typical scope of product marketing
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage expectations across various stakeholders and consistently hit deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimal experience with Google Slides, video recommended
  • Ability to collaborate constructively and drive decision making with matrixed business partners and stakeholders (in sales, marketing, product, customer success, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deeply understand our buyer and market, product differentiators, value proposition and our competitors
  • Continuously research and iterate on our agentic positioning as an agile, evolving aspect of our offerings and the broader market
  • Build and demonstrate deep proficiency with relevant Gainsight products, delivering compelling demos and guiding stakeholders through advanced use cases
  • Own and drive feature release and high impact launch programs in partnership with Product, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives and strategic alignment across the portfolio.
  • Create and own both individual product and relevant platform materials, including feature/product videos, use case content, presentations, pitch decks, content, and more
  • Capture, consolidate and incorporate market feedback on messaging from the field, analyst, and industry sources to continually iterate on product positioning
  • Drive proactive product and release enablement in partnership with Product Ops, CS Ops, and Enablement
  • Act as a senior product SME for the marketing team, influencing and supporting demand generation, cross-sell initiatives, webinars, content creation, events, and more.
  • Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams and leadership to drive cohesive product marketing strategies across Gainsight.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects and needs aligning with product marketing mission to deliver value across Gainsight and proactive drive measurable impact on processes, programs and objectives.
