About The Position

The Senior RF Product Marketing Manager will work closely with our Worldwide Sales and Field Applications Engineering team to ensure our GaN-on-SiC RF PA products are positioned well with key customers. In addition, they will influence our product roadmap based on the input you bring back from your interaction with our field teams and directly from discussions with customers. They will be responsible for creating marketing collateral, maintaining product roadmaps and the development of market and product requirement documents. To ensure success with these tasks, they will have at least 10 years’ experience in the development, characterization and/or modeling of RF power amplifier products. The marketing manager will work closely with our applications engineering and product development teams to define new products that help differentiate us in the marketplace and respond to customer RFIs and RFQs. They will work with finance on cost models and business cases for new products.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of GaN-on-SiC Power Amplifiers for 5G infrastructure applications
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage complex issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work within cross functional teams in global locations
  • Detailed oriented, proactive and capable of exercising independent judgment.
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in the development, characterization and/or modeling of RF power amplifier products
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or business development role related to RF products
