About The Position

Stable is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how its products are positioned, launched, and sold. The role incorporates AI to scale marketing work and help the organization produce high-quality, consistent, on-brand, and current materials. The manager reports to the Head of Growth and works cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, customer success, and the founders. The role owns Stable’s category narrative, competitive positioning, messaging, customer and buyer insights, product and platform narrative, pricing and packaging partnership, sales enablement, product launches, performance measurement, and AI systems for the go-to-market team. It also builds customer proof through case studies, testimonials, review-site presence, and a customer reference program.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience at organizations selling to both SMB or self-serve customers and enterprise buyers.
  • A track record of positioning work that measurably improved win rates, conversion, or adoption.
  • Comfort partnering with and influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading launches end to end, from messaging through enablement and post-launch measurement.
  • Comfort with data and ability to independently obtain insights.
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools and curiosity about how buyers conduct research in the age of AI.
  • Sharp, concise writing and excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with multi-product or platform positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Own Stable’s category story, competitive positioning, and messaging across customer segments, from founders and solopreneurs to large enterprises.
  • Define and maintain ideal customer profiles and buyer personas for each segment, including jobs-to-be-done and enterprise buying committees.
  • Align sales, marketing, product, and leadership around a consistent market narrative.
  • Own messaging across the website, pricing page, and key in-product experiences such as onboarding; partner with design and growth teams to test and improve conversion.
  • Bridge product and go-to-market teams so the organization understands what is being built, why it is being built, and when it will ship.
  • Define how products fit together, how they are sequenced, and how the platform narrative evolves as Stable adds products.
  • Partner with Product and Finance on pricing and packaging design.
  • Enable sales and customer-facing teams with talk tracks, objection handling, proof points, and launch training to improve meeting conversion and win rates.
  • Build and maintain sales assets, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and competitor comparison pages.
  • Build and run the launch tiering framework and launch calendar, matching go-to-market investment to each release’s impact.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and major feature launches, including messaging, enablement, resource updates, and metrics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis using third-party and first-party data and maintain a competitive intelligence repository.
  • Analyze call transcripts, win/loss data, churn reasons, customer interviews, and product usage data to inform messaging and positioning.
  • Build a customer proof program comprising case studies, testimonials, review-site presence, and customer references.
  • Audit how LLMs describe Stable and partner with content teams to improve sentiment and message accuracy.
  • Own and report on product marketing performance metrics, including competitive win rates, new product adoption, and influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and maintain AI systems that enable the go-to-market team to quickly produce on-brand work without product marketing involvement.

  • Unlimited vacation time.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Home office setup.
  • Work from anywhere within US time zones (GMT-5 to GMT-10).
