Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 7 years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience, with deep domain knowledge of the Travel & Hospitality industry
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings
  • Excellent research skills and experience producing data-driven market analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience and AI Agents
  • Experience in hypergrowth scale-ups

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and continuous refinement of Cresta’s positioning and messaging for the Travel & Hospitality industry, translating our platform capabilities into clear, differentiated industry narratives that resonate with buyers, operators, and executives.
  • Help establish Cresta as a thought leader in the Travel & Hospitality industry, shaping the market conversation around the future of AI-powered customer experience through strategic content, industry events, analyst engagement, and customer storytelling.
  • Develop and maintain deep buyer personas, advancing our internal understanding of Travel & Hospitality-specific pain points, priorities, and decision dynamics to ensure our messaging drives relevance and confidence in deals.
  • Partner closely across product, sales, solutions, and marketing, serving as the connective tissue to build and execute Travel & Hospitality-specific go-to-market strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Bring new product capabilities and innovations to market through a Travel & Hospitality lens, leading vertical launches and creating the sales enablement and supporting materials needed to drive adoption and impact.
  • Provide a data-driven point of view to influence product roadmap priorities, sharpen our positioning, and optimize our vertical strategy over time, based on a deep understanding of what drives wins and losses across the Travel & Hospitality industry.
  • Move fast, get hands dirty, and solve open-ended problems, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help Cresta win in the Travel & Hospitality industry.
