About The Position

Pindrop Pulse is recognized as one of TIME Magazine's Best Inventions of 2025 and is a technically differentiated product in enterprise security. It is now available on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex, offering real-time detection of AI-generated audio and video deepfakes to protect critical business interactions from digital impersonation. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Pindrop Pulse, you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy of our deepfake portfolio, encompassing Pulse for Meetings and Pulse for Calls. Your role is crucial for the success of this portfolio, involving market category building, driving enterprise adoption, and translating advanced technology into compelling messaging that facilitates sales.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with a proven track record of launching or growing products in emerging or category-defining markets.
  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, identity verification, fraud prevention, or AI-driven security products to enterprise buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop buyer personas and messaging for multiple stakeholder types (technical and non-technical) within a single deal.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills across various formats, including product copy, case studies, executive briefs, email sequences, and thought leadership. Writing samples are required.
  • Experience building sales enablement materials that are actively used by sales teams.
  • Experience working in a pod, squad, or agile marketing model with demand generation and sales teams.
  • Understanding of enterprise security and the modern threat landscape to establish credibility with security professionals.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into relatable threat scenarios for business buyers.
  • Obsessive tracking of data, including marketplace conversion rates, content utilization, win/loss patterns, and message resonance by persona.
  • Strong ownership mentality, flagging blockers early, shipping on time, and closing loops on programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience marketing to or within HR/talent acquisition, financial services, or enterprise risk functions.
  • Familiarity with video collaboration platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex as distribution or integration channels.
  • Background in AI/ML or generative AI product marketing, especially concerning synthetic media or identity risk.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (DemandBase), Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Familiarity with the biometrics, liveness detection, or deepfake detection technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Pindrop Pulse for Meetings, defining the product category, target audience, and Pindrop's competitive advantage.
  • Lead product launch activities across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex ecosystems, including marketplace optimization, platform-specific messaging, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain buyer persona documentation for key enterprise decision-makers such as CISO, CTO, Head of Talent Acquisition, CFO, VP Security, and Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement suite, including battle cards, pitch decks, demo scripts, objection guides, ROI frameworks, and use-case one-pagers for key verticals.
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts for the emerging deepfake detection and meeting security market.
  • Develop customer success stories and case studies that quantify outcomes like fraud prevention and risk reduction.
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams on campaigns to educate the market about meeting deepfake threats and drive inbound interest and marketplace installs.
  • Contribute Pulse-specific research, data, and thought leadership to the Pindrop Magazine editorial plan, leveraging proprietary data on deepfake attacks.
  • Lead the go-to-market motion for Pindrop Pulse as part of a pod structure.
