About The Position
As the Senior Product Manager reporting to the Head of ETF Listings you’ll play a critical role in leading product for the ETF Listings business. You’ll thrive in this position if you’re analytical have a global mindset, and bring a passion for improving market structure and owning product improvements in a high-impact environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/math/computer science
- 5-7 years of experience in capital markets, quantitative analysis, or trading—ideally at an ETF issuer
- A strong understanding of market mechanics and market structure.
- Ability to identify gaps in our current offering and manage product to push projects forward.
- Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python
Responsibilities
- This role will focus on capital markets and product development from an issuer focused perspective.
- The individual will assess the current product offering, identify gaps, and inform enhancements aligned with issuer needs and market structure dynamics.
- This individual will also be responsible for the Nasdaq ETF Intel offering, determining what improvements can be made to better match client needs.
- Finally, they will own relationships with market makers, ensuring they understand our liquidity programs and promoting their participation.
