About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will hold a key position in advancing customer expansion and revenue development for Creative Cloud. You'll collaborate closely with a diverse group of engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists. Together, you will create and implement strategies that speed up growth across our most visited platforms — Creative Cloud Home and Creative Cloud Desktop.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a robust growth product roadmap committed to user acquisition and monetization — driving continuous improvement across B2C surfaces
Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features that drive paid expansion, including add-on upsell and cross-sell experiences
Analyze product metrics and user feedback to find opportunities and optimize performance
Drive alignment and communication with partners across functions with growing and competing demands
Conduct user research to understand customer needs and conversion barriers
Define and track critical metrics for growth initiatives, including feature adoption and cohort analysis
Balance rapid experimentation with high-quality, scalable product experiences
